x - intercept   ⇒ y=0 = 4x - 14

                                     4x = 14

                                    x = 14/4 = 7/2

x- intercept  (7/2 , 0 )

y - intercept ⇒ x = 0 ⇒ y =4*0 - 14 = - 14

y intercept  ( 0, - 14 )
