In order for this equation to be equal the the result of the left side must be 32

the only way to get that result is to:

8*(9-2-3)=32

order of opperations says that you do everything inside the parenthesis first

9-2-3=4

8*4=32

32=32

this would make the equation true.

8 * ((9 - 2) - 3) = 32
