2 - log(x) = log(5)

2 = log(5) + log(x)

2 = log(5x)

exp(2) = exp(log(5x)) = 5x

e^2 = 5x

x = e^2/5

2- logx     =     log 5

  + logx          log5

----------------------------

2 = logx + log5

2 = log(5x)

5x = 10^2

5x = 100

5x/5 = 100/5

x = 20

2 - log 20 = log 5

2 - 1.3 = 0.7

0.7 = 0.7

x = 20 is the solution
