In this equation m appears to be a function of x, so we need to know x before we can find m.
The only other way to interpret this is to find x for each value of m listed as A, B, C, D. I don’t think that’s what you want.
For example, if m=6, then (x-2)/(x+3)=6 can be solved for x:
x-2=6(x+3)=6x+18, -20=5x, so x=-4 is the solution for A.
