josh has 3 and 1/2 feet of tape how many inches of tape does he have?

there are 12 inches in a foot

3.5 times 12 = 42 total inches

3 1/2 is = to 3.5/ 12 inches ='s a foot so..... 3.5 * (times) 12 = 42 so 42 inches in all hope i helped <3 :)
