It looks like if you subtract the second number from the first number that will give you the first digit in the answer.  Then adding the first and second numbers together give you the second digit.

5-3=2

5+3=8

28

9-1=8

9+1=10

810

8-6=2

8+6=14

214

5-4=1

5+4=9

19

7-2=5

7+2=9

59

59 is the right answer
by

5 + 3 = 28
9 + 1 = 810
8 + 6 = 214
5 + 4 = 19
Then 7 + 3 = ??

by
The answer is 59. This is because you have to subtract the second number from the first number for the first digit of your number and then you add the two numbers that you began with for the rest of your answer

is easy literally given 59

The answer for 7+3 will be 410, because the first one is (5-3=2) (5+3=8), =28, and to get the answer you have to subtract the first number with the second number, and then add the the first number with the second one again. If 9-1= 8, and 9+1= 10, the answer of the second one will be 810. 7-3=4, 7+3=10, so the answer will be 410.
