first lets make these mixed numbers into improper fractions

13  1/3 =  13(3) + 1 = 39 + 1 = 40/3

3 4/5 = 3(5) + 4= 19/5

now we have 40/3 divided by 19/5 well we remember from dividing fractions we just change it to multiplication and flip the second fraction.

40/3 x 5/19 = 200/57

he can bake 200/57 loaves or 3 29/57 loafs
