Let (x,y) be the coords of the other endpoint.

The midpoint is the average of the endpoint coords, so (x-1)/2=-6 for the x coord and (y-4)/2=-3.

Therefore x-1=-12 making x=-11 and y-4=-6 making y=-2. So the endpoint is (-11,-2).
