The answer is 6. Answer - 13 x 3 =39, 6 x 3 = 18; 39 -18 = 21, therefore the multiple is 3. 2 x 3 = 6.

I got the answer differently but it is the same.

Blue ratio minus white ratio is 13-6=7.

21/7=3

the ratio of red is 2 so...3x2=6

so the answer is 6
