p = 2( L + W)  p = 56, w = (1/2L + 4)

56 = 2(L + (1/2L + 4))

56 = 2L + L + 8

56 - 8 = 3L

48 = 3L

L = 48/3 or 16

CHECK:

56 = 2(16 + 1/2(16) +4)

28 = 16 + (8 + 4)

28 = 16 + 12

28 = 28 check
