I dont understand how to solve the whole integer exponent problem. I don't know how to start. (-3a^2)^3 ------------ (b^-1)^3 the dotted line represents a fraction and the carrots before the number represents the exponent.

(-3a^2)^3 / (b^-1)^3=(b^3)*(-3a^2)^3 . . . =-27*b^3*a^6 . . . . or -27b^3a^6
