12[4x +(-5x+12) -4] +3x -2(5x+12)=75

12(4x -5x +12 -4) +3x -10x -24 =75

12(8-x) -7x=75+24

-12x-7x +96=99

-19x=99-96=3

x=-3/19

x=-0.157894736
