cylinder volume=base area*hite=pi*rad*rad*hite   =2.5 meter^3

hite=3, so rad^2=25./(3*3.14159265)

=25/9.42477796076938

=2.652582384856304

radius=sqrt(2.65258...)=1.628675039673
