radius av serkel=sqrt(40)=6.32455532

senter av serkel=(7,3)

line y=3x+4, go thru point=(0,4)

distans from senter tu this point...deltax=7, deltay=1, so distans=sqrt(50)=7.071...

it be outside serkel...hit line mite not ever hit serkel

Tu find out, draw line from serkel 90 deg tu line...slope=-1/3,

or angel=(180-18.4394881) deg

this line:is y=-(1/3)x +16/3

get smak point av the 2 lines...y=3x+4=-(1/3)x+16/3

or 3x+4=-(1/3)x+16/3

9x+12=-x+16

10x=16-12=4

x=0.4

y=3x+4...=1.2+4=5.2

2 strate lines hit at (0.4,5.2)

distans from serkel senter...deltax=6.6, deltay=2.2, dist=6.957010852

> serkel radius av 6.32455532

line 1 NEVER hit serkel
