divide (81x⁴-54x³-121x²-108x-38)÷(9x+4)

                9x³ - 10x² -9x - 8
(9x+4)  )81x⁴-54x³-121x²-108x-38
             81x⁴+36x³
                     -90x³-121x²
                     -90x³- 40x²
                              -81x²-108x
                              -81x² - 36x
                                       - 72x - 38
                                       - 72x - 32
                                                 -6

The quotient is: 9x³ - 10x² -9x - 8  and the remainder is: -6
