5*5+5-(10)/(5)

Reduce the expression -(10)/(5) by removing a factor of 5 from the numerator and denominator.
5*5+5-2

Multiply 5 by 5 to get 25.
25+5-2

Add 5 to 25 to get 30.
30-2

Subtract 2 from 30 to get 28.

P E MD AS rule (Do the following in order)

1.parentheses 2.exponent  3. multiplication/ division     4. Addition/Subtraction

Since there are no parentheses and exponent you do the multiplication and division first (whichever comes first).

5x5 = 25    and 10/5 =2  making the equation 25+5-2

You can then add or subtract which ever comes first. 25+5=30   30-2 = 28

The answer is 28.
