1/x = 1 - b/100

1/x = 100/100 - b/100

1/x = (100-b) / 100

multiply both sides by 100

100/x = (100-b)

multiply both sides by x

100 = (100-b) * x

divide both sides by (100-b)

100 / (100 - b) = x

Answer:  x = 100 / (100 - b)
