I think the answer is 102.38

I learned to do these by setting it up like this:

18.43           =           18

--------                       -------                             multiply 18.43 x 100, then divide by 18!

  x                            100

 

Here's another example:

 

20            =        10

-----                   -------  20 x 100 = 2000, divided by 10 = 200. So 20 is 10% of 200. I hope this makes sense!

x                       100

 

you put the number you know over the number you want to find out, side by side with the percentage as a fraction.
