The log of 15 to base 9 is 1.2325 approx. You can find this if you have natural logs (ln) or logs to base 10. First natural logs: log to base 9 of 15=ln15/ln9=2.7081/2.1972=1.2325; and base 10=log15/log9=1.1761/0.9542=1.2325.
