How do I graph the line if the slope is 1/2 and it passes through the points (4,-3)

on the graph paper start at the point (4, -3)  then go one point over and two points up.  You have two points now you can graph the line.

(y - (-3)) = 1/2x

y = 1/2 x - 3  is the line
