Notice that 42.5 is the median, and we have an even amount of numbers.
This means one of the missing numbers, when added to 44 and then divided by 2, will result in 42.5

Let that number be x. We have:
(x + 44) / 2 = 42.5
x + 44 = 85
x = 85 - 44
x = 41

Now, we know one of the missing numbers is 41.
Let the other missing number be y.

Since the mean is 41.5, we have:

(34 + 44 + 41 + y + 44 + 48) / 6 = 41.5
(y + 211) / 6 = 41.5
y + 211 = 249
y = 249 - 211
y = 38

Hence, the two missing numbers are 38 and 41.
