6 2/3=20/3 so 6 2/3%=20/3 divided by 100=1/15, because in the denominator, 20 goes into a hundred 5 times, multiplied by 3=15. Divide 13.50 by 5=2.7, then by 3=0.9. That's easier than dividing directly by 15.
