To convert a decimal into a fraction, count the no. of digits after the point.

Write the number removing the point and place 1 followed by 0 the no. of times as there are digits after the point in the denominator.

Convert it into its lowest terms.

Eg.: 0.25

Here,

no. of digits after point = 2

So keep two 0s after 1 in denominator.

i.e.,  25 / 100      = 1 / 4
