i do not recall how to solve for solution sets. all i recall was something about its basically like solving a one/ two step equation just without the equal sign. and just using > < or greater than or equal to and less than or equal to so please HELP!

yes you solve it just like an =. the only difference is that if you multiply or divide by a negative then you flip the sign

in this case you divide both sides by 2, so you don't flip the sign

2x  > -26

x > -13
