me assume that stuf be bout 2 (x,y) points in x,y plane

(-4,y) & (2,4y)...this impli deltax=from -4 tu 2...=6

& y part go from y tu 4y, so deltay=3y

so slope=3y/6=y/2

but yu sae slope=6, so that impli 4y=12, or y=3
