You need to be able to compare like with like, so convert fractions to decimal: 9/11=0.8181... and 63/8=7.875. The numbers read: 7.98, 7.818, 7.875, 7.815. Now it's easy to sort them: 7.815, 7.818, 7.875, 7.9; or 7.815, 7+9/11, 63/8, 7.98.
