There's many things to ask concerning your problem like "What's your question?"

Other important questions include "are the groups even?"  "Is the bell curve lopsided?"  "Did each student in a group recieve the same grade?"  "What is the standard deviation for the bell curve?"

At first glance, I'd say one group failed, three passed, and one group aced the test.
