We need to present each in the same form. As decimals they are: 0.0015 (dividing percentage by 100) 0.15 (half of 3/10 which is 0.3) 0.015

So from least to greatest: 0.0015, 0.015, 0.15 or 0.15%, 0.015, 3/20.

Given: 0.15%,3/20 and 0.015   We try to compare these three values changing them to their fraction forms.

1% is equivalent to 1/100, and 0.15 is equivalent to 15/100, so

0.15%=1/100 x 15/100=1/100 x (3x5)/(5x20)=1/100 x 3/20=3/2000

0.015=15x10^-3=15/1000=(3x5)/(5x200)=3/200

Now, we have three fractions reduced their lowest terms: 3/2000,3/20 and 3/200, and the least common denominator is 2000.   So, make those three denominators 2000, and compare the values of three numerators.

0.15%=3/2000, 3/20=(3x100)/(20x100)=300/2000,and 0.015=3/200=(3x10)/(200x10)=30/2000

Thus, 3/2000 < 30/2000 < 300/2000.

Therefore, the answer is: 0.15% < 0.015 < 3/20
