252/16 reduces to 63/4 when we divide top and bottom by 4. 4 into 63 is 15.75 (15 3/4), but we round to the nearest tenth by changing 7 to 8 (the rule for rounding is if the next digit (hundredths) is 5 or more we add 1 to the tenths). So the answer is 15.8.
