In a year (52 work weeks or 260 work days), 5 weeks (or 25 work days) of vacation are earned.

It's all proportional. If 25 days are earned in 260 days, then 61/260*25 days are earned in 61 days by proportion. This gives 5.87 days approximately, and an employer may be generous and award 6 days, or be mean and award only 5 days! If it's retirement perhaps it would be better to take the cash equivalent!
