If we multiply both sides by 3 we get 405 on the right, which factorises to 9*45 and we lose /3 on the left. That leaves 7, 2, 1 and 5 on the left. Can we get 45 out of these? Yes, we can: 7^2+(1-5)=45, but there's an added plus as well as the brackets and the * has been replaced by +. That's the best I can do!
