2... bi 4 brella & 2 hats

3...40$ < kost < 60$

2 hats=8*2=16$

if kost=40$, umbrella=40-16=24$, so 4 brella=24$ impli 1 brella=6$

if kost=60$,  umbrella=60-16=44$, so 4 brella=44$ impli 1brella=11$
