8 X 10-4

to solve, use Pemdas

Parentheses

Exponents

Multiplication

Division

Adding

Subtracting

there are no exponents ore parantheses so multiply first  8 X 10= 80 now do your subtraction    80-4=76

so your equation becomes 76 /2 X 102

no we will do the division

76/2= 38 now we have 38 X 102

our final answer would be 3876

if that is wrong thats what you get for looking for answers online, however that is the answer that i would come up with. Good Luck!!
