x(1) = - 7 and y(1) = - 4

x(2) = 7 and y(2) = - 8

M = (( Y(2) - Y(1))/((X(2) - X(1))

m = ( - 8 - ( - 4))/( 7 - ( - 7))

m = ( - 8 + 4)/(7 + 7)

m = - 4/14

m = - 2/7
