1 Answer

k = (mv^2) / 2g

multiply both sides by g

gk = g * (mv^2) / 2g

on the right, the g's cancel

gk = (mv^2) / 2

divide both sides by k

gk / k = (mv^2) / 2k

g = (mv^2) / 2k
