Consider the powers of m and n separately to make the problem easier.

m: add the powers -2+6=4, giving us m^4

n: add the powers 4-7=-3, giving us n^-3

Now the constants: 3*(-4)=-12

Put them all together: -12m^4n^-3 or -12m^4/n^3
