Problem: What is the slope intercept form of the equation 5x+3=8y+3?
I don't understand this question and I'm suppose slope intercept form of the equation and then graph it.

The slope intercept form is y = mx + b. The letter m represents the slope;
the letter b represents the y-intercept, where x = 0.

5x + 3 = 8y + 3

Re-write it with the y term on the left. This doesn't change the equation.

8y + 3 = 5x + 3
8y + 3 - 3 = 5x + 3 - 3
8y = 5x
8y/8 = 5x/8
y = 5/8 x

The fact that there is no constant on the right side means that the
y-intercept is zero. That is, the graph of this line crosses the y-axis
at the origin, (0, 0).

The slope is 5/8. You can find another point on the graph by counting
8 spaces to the right and 5 spaces up. You can also count 8 spaces to
the left and 5 spaces down.

That gives you three points to draw a line through on the graph.
