If all the articles are at the same price and each costs C, then the cost price is 30C.

The selling price is 20C(1+16/100)+10C(1-4/100)=20C*1.16+10C*0.96=(23.20+9.60)C=32.80C.

Percentage profit/loss=(32.80C/30C*100)-100=3280/30-100=9.33%.
