obtain the resolvent cubic of 4x^4+16x^3-17x^2-102x-45=0 using... (i) Ferrari's method (ii) Descartes method..... Are the cubics you get from (i) and (ii) above the same? Further, use either method to obtain the roots of the equation. [Hint: To obtain a solution of the resolvent cubic, you can apply "Cauchy-Schwarz Inequality 's application for locating roots of a polynomial".]
