In the X-Y plane (two dimensions) two numbers are required to define a point in the plane. You can't have the coordinates of a number, because it's the numbers that define the points, not the other way around. There are 11 numbers here, so they can't be grouped in pairs. Perhaps you need to define your problem in a different way.
However, numbers can be represented as point on a number line, but that's one dimension, not two.
If we use (1,14), (2, 24), (3,21), ..., (10,55), (11,33) we can define points in the plane. Perhaps that's what you meant. In this case the numbers 1 to 11 are the X-coords and the other numbers are Y-coords and they can be plotted as 11 points on a graph.
