Problem: How do you find the area of the base of a cylinder with a radius that is 4?
I just need to figure it out or learn it somehow.

By stating "radius," you are saying that the base is a circle.
The area of a circle is A = pi * r^2

A = pi * r^2
A = 3.1415 * 4^2
A = 3.1415 * 16
A = 50.264 square units, whatever the 4 is
