Assume that job means processing an order. If it takes t hours for one person to do a job, then p people can do the job in t/p hours. To process 2326 orders (jobs) in 5 hours 5=2326t/p, so t/p=5/2326. Therefore p=2326t/5=465.2t. So to find out how many people we need, we need to know how long one person takes to process an order. If t=0.1hr (6 minutes) then p=46.52, which implies 47 people are needed.; if t=0.25hr (15 minutes), p=116.3 or 117 people. If t=2/3hr (40 minutes) then p=310.13 or 311 people.

If by job is meant orders to be planned I guess it could take only one person to do the planning!
