If y=f(x)=x/(x^2-4)=x/(x-2)(x+2). Asymptotes are at x=2 and -2 (when denominator is zero). The x-axis (y=0) is also an asymptote because f(x)=1/x when x gets very large and 1/x approaches zero.

When x=0, y=0 (y-intercept and x-intercept).
