If f(x) = 2sin3x− π 2+5, what is the range of values of f(x)?

The range of sin(x) is: +/- 1

The range of sin(3x) is: +/- 1

The range of 2sin(3x) is: +/- 2

The range of 2sin(3x) - (π 2+5) is: +/- 2 - (π 2+5)

The range of f(x) is: +/- 2 - (π 2+5) = [-2 - (π 2+5), 2 - (π 2+5)]
