let a = number of adult tickets.  end s = number of students tickets

it will be s = 3a  end since a + s = 572.  where s = 3a we have 3a + a = 572.  ->>  4a = 572  ->>

a=572/4.  = 143  and because s= 3a = 429

so adult tickets = 143.  and student tickets = 429
