The graphs are difficult to read. The answer is y=4+5x as an equation. But the answer is to look for the graph that has a y intercept of 4 (which they all appear to do) and the line passes through the following points:

(1,9), (2,14), (3,19), (4,24), (5,29), (6,34), (7,39), (8,44),...

I think B does this. Look at (4,24) and see if it’s on the line.
