PQ=√((22-7)²+(9-3)²)=√(225+36)=√261

QR=√((7-(-2))²+(3-(-3))²)=√(81+36)=√117

RP=√((22-(-2))²+(9-(-3))²)=√(576+144)=√720

Perimeter of PQR=√261+√117+√720=53.8
