I assume the crosses are x’s and there’s a missing x in the second bracket. I also assume you want to simplify the expression.

So I guess you have -9(4x²-5x)-(3x²+9x)7.

Expand the brackets: -36x²+45x-21x²-63x=-57x²-18x.

It can be slightly simplified by separating out the common factor -3x:

-3x(29x+6).
