The picture gives all the answers. WZ (vertical because W and Z have same x coords) and ZY (horizontal because Z and Y have same y coords) are perpendicular, WX and ZY are parallel because they are both horizontal (same endpoint y coords), angles W and Z are right angles, X is obtuse and Y is acute.
