Distribute the parentheses:

-32+12n-n+3=15 note that the negative distributes to a negative, making plus.

Now collect the variables to one side and the constants on the other:

-29+11n=15

Add 29 to each side: 11n=44 and divide both sides by 11: n=4 is the answer.
